What is the hiring process?

  1. Browse our selection of items for hire.
  2. Select the number of days that you require the items.
  3. Choose the delivery and collection dates that work for you.
  4. Complete the checkout process.
  5. We will send you a confirmation of your hire within 24-48 hours.
  6. On your chosen delivery date, your items will be delivered or available for collection.
  7. On your chosen collection date, you may return the items or arrange for us to collect them.

What is the typical rental duration?

Our website displays items that are available for up to a week-long rental period. If you require equipment for a longer duration, please inform us, and we will provide you with custom pricing options. For non-premium items, we suggest renting them at least one day prior to their intended use.

 Can i hire for short term? One day?

Certainly! We offer rental services for as little as one day, and we can even arrange for same-day delivery subject to item availability.

Is long-term rental available? Can i rent for a month or more?

Absolutely! We offer long-term rental options, and we're happy to work with you to determine the best plan for your specific needs. Please contact us with your requirements, and we'll be happy to assist you.

I found a lower price at another company. Do you offer price matching?

If you find a similar item for hire at a lower price elsewhere, please inform us, and we will do our best to offer you a competitive price.

What if the event is cancelled?

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we want to ensure that cancelling your hire is as hassle-free as possible. Our client-centered cancellation policy allows you to cancel your rental without incurring any fees up to seven days prior to the delivery date. However, for premium items, a no-cancellation policy applies for up to four weeks before the event date.

What is the reason for paying a deposit?

In the hire industry, it's common to request a deposit as a form of protection while the rented items are in the customer's possession. Deposits are held until the items are returned, to cover the cost of any potential damages or loss. For our hire services, we require a deposit of 10% or £50.00 (whichever is greater) to be held on your bank card or payment while the items are on hire. The deposit is refunded upon safe return of the rented items. However, any damages or losses are invoiced in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Is it possible to modify my order?

You may make changes to your order up to 24 hours before the delivery date, subject to availability. Please note that modifications are limited to the items we have in stock at the time. To ensure that we can accommodate your requirements, we recommend confirming your needs as soon as possible and making changes promptly.

Do you offer setup services?

We don't provide setup services for events, but we have a close partnership with an event company that offers end-to-end services, which can save you the hassle of organizing everything yourself. What if i can't find a specific item?

If you are unable to locate a specific item by browsing through our selection, you can use the search bar to search for it. In case you still have difficulty finding what you need, please feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

What if there is a problem with the delivered items?

We recommend thoroughly inspecting all items upon delivery. In case you encounter any issues, kindly notify us immediately so we can promptly address and resolve any concerns prior to your event.
